Data deletion.

Humiling ng pagbura

1. Mag-email sa hello@kasabay.app na may subject na “Data deletion”.
2. Ilagay ang pangalan sa Facebook, ang email ng account, at kung pasahero ka o driver.
3. Kapag nakilala ang account, buburahin namin ang account at ang personal na datos na nakatali rito.

Wala pang delete button sa loob ng app. Email lang ang paraan.

Ano ang nabubura

• Account, pangalan, email, at Facebook id.
• Invitation code na sa iyo, mga biyahe, chat, rating, at report na nakatali sa account.
• Kung driver ka: ID, lisensya, rehistro ng sasakyan, at detalye ng sasakyan.

Ano ang puwedeng matira

Puwede kaming magtago ng rekord na kailangan para sa dispute, kaligtasan, o batas. Ang pag-alis ng Kasabay Ride Share sa Facebook ay hindi awtomatikong nagbubura ng datos dito.

Alisin sa Facebook

Sa Facebook: Settings at privacy, tapos Apps and websites, tapos alisin ang Kasabay Ride Share. Ihihinto nito ang Facebook Login. Para mabura ang datos sa Kasabay Ride Share, sundan pa rin ang email sa itaas.

Request deletion

1. Email hello@kasabay.app with the subject “Data deletion”.
2. Include your Facebook name, the email on the account, and whether you are a passenger or a driver.
3. Once we can identify the account, we delete it and the personal data tied to it.

There is no delete button inside the app. Email is the way to ask.

What we delete

• The account, name, email, and Facebook id.
• Your invitation code, trips, chat, ratings, and reports tied to the account.
• If you are a driver: the ID, license, vehicle registration, and vehicle details.

What we may keep

We may keep a record needed for a dispute, safety, or the law. Removing Kasabay Ride Share from Facebook does not by itself delete data stored here.

Remove the app on Facebook

In Facebook, open Settings and privacy, then Apps and websites, then remove Kasabay Ride Share. That stops Facebook Login. To delete data held by Kasabay Ride Share, still send the email above.
