Sino kami

Ang Kasabay Ride Share ay rideshare na nagtutugma ng pasahero at driver na papunta na sa iisang direksyon. Para sa privacy, makipag-ugnayan sa hello@kasabay.app.

Ano ang kinukuha namin

• Pangalan, email, role, at invitation code sa signup. Ang lumang account ay may password na naka-hash lang.
• Kung Facebook ang ginamit: Facebook user id, pangalan, at email na ibinahagi ng Facebook. Hindi namin nakukuha ang password mo sa Facebook.
• Para sa driver: government-issued ID, driver’s license, at rehistro ng sasakyan, kasama ang plaka, klase, upuan, at displacement pagkatapos ma-approve.
• Sundo, hatid, address, at oras ng biyahe. Lokasyon ng driver habang online, at location log para sa serbisyo.
• Chat sa trip na accepted o in progress, rating, komento, at report.
• IP address sandali lang, para limitahan ang paulit-ulit na login, signup, at address lookup. Hindi ito iniimbak bilang profile.

Bakit namin ginagamit

Para gumawa ng account, i-check ang invitation code, i-review ang driver bago magrehistro, itugma ang biyahe sa 10 km corridor, ipakita ang sundo at hatid, panatilihin ang kaligtasan, at sagutin ang support. Hindi namin ibinebenta ang personal na datos.

Facebook at Messenger

Ang Facebook Login ay sa Meta. Kapag pinili mo ito, natatanggap namin ang id, pangalan, at email na pinayagan mong ibahagi. Ang link na “Request one on Messenger” ay pagbukas ng chat sa Messenger. Ang usapang iyon ay nasa Meta, hindi sa database ng Kasabay Ride Share, maliban kung ilalagay mo ang invitation code sa app.

Kanino ito napupunta

• Sa kabilang panig ng trip: pangalan, at lokasyon na kailangan para magkita.
• Sa admin ng Kasabay Ride Share: account, biyahe, report, at dokumento ng driver.
• Sa Meta, kung Facebook Login o Messenger ang ginamit, ayon sa patakaran ng Meta.
• Sa OpenStreetMap at Nominatim kapag ginawang punto sa mapa ang address, o kapag ipinapakita ang mapa.

Gaano katagal

Hinahawakan namin ang account, biyahe, chat, rating, report, at dokumento ng driver habang kailangan para sa serbisyo, dispute, kaligtasan, o legal na obligasyon. Ang dokumento ng driver ay para sa review at habang may driver account. Walang hiwalay na schedule ng awtomatikong pagbura.

Mga karapatan mo

Puwede kang humiling ng kopya, pagwawasto, o pagbura, o tumutol sa pagproseso, sa hello@kasabay.app. Nasa pagbura ng data ang mga hakbang. Maaari kaming humingi ng sapat na detalye para makilala ang account. Maaari kaming magtago ng rekord na kailangan para sa dispute, kaligtasan, o batas.

Seguridad at edad

Ang dokumento ng driver ay hindi pampubliko. Admin lang ang makakabukas. Ang password ng lumang account ay naka-hash. Hindi para sa batang wala pang 18 ang Kasabay Ride Share.

Pagbabago

Kapag nagbago ang patakaran, ia-update ang petsa sa pahinang ito. Ang patuloy na paggamit pagkatapos ng pagbabago ay pagtanggap sa bagong teksto.

Who we are

Kasabay Ride Share matches passengers with drivers who are already heading the same way. For privacy requests, email hello@kasabay.app.

What we collect

• Name, email, role, and invitation code at signup. Older accounts store a password only as a hash.
• If you use Facebook: the Facebook user id, name, and email Facebook shares with us. We never receive your Facebook password.
• For drivers: a government-issued ID, driver’s license, and vehicle registration, then plate, vehicle class, seats, and displacement after approval.
• Pickup, drop-off, addresses, and departure time. A driver’s live location while online, plus a location log for the service.
• Trip chat while a trip is accepted or in progress, ratings, comments, and reports.
• Your IP address only briefly, to limit repeated login, signup, and address lookups. We do not keep it as a profile.

Why we use it

To create your account, check the invitation code, review a driver before the account exists, match a trip inside the 10 km corridor, show pickup and drop-off, keep rides safe, and answer support. We do not sell personal information.

Facebook and Messenger

Facebook Login is provided by Meta. When you choose it, we receive the id, name, and email you allow Facebook to share. “Request one on Messenger” opens a Messenger chat. That conversation stays with Meta, not in the Kasabay Ride Share database, unless you later enter the invitation code in the app.

Who receives it

• The other person on your trip: your name, and the location needed to meet.
• Kasabay Ride Share admins: accounts, trips, reports, and driver documents.
• Meta, if you use Facebook Login or Messenger, under Meta’s own policy.
• OpenStreetMap and Nominatim when an address is turned into a map point, or when the map is shown.

How long we keep it

We keep the account, trips, chat, ratings, reports, and driver documents for as long as the service, a dispute, safety, or the law requires. Driver documents are for review and for as long as the driver account exists. There is no separate automatic deletion schedule.

Your rights

You may ask for a copy, a correction, or deletion, or object to processing, at hello@kasabay.app. The steps are on the data deletion page. We may ask for enough detail to find the account. We may keep records needed for a dispute, safety, or the law.

Security and age

Driver documents are not public. Only an admin can open them. Passwords on older accounts are stored as a hash. Kasabay Ride Share is not for anyone under 18.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date on this page changes with it. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated text.
