Pagtanggap

Ang paggawa ng account o paggamit ng passenger o driver app ay pagtanggap sa mga tuntuning ito at sa privacy policy. Kung hindi ka sang-ayon, huwag gamitin ang Kasabay Ride Share.

Sino ang puwedeng gumamit

Para sa mga 18 taong gulang pataas. Kailangan ng invitation code. Ang bagong account ay sa Facebook Login. Ang lumang email-at-password na account ay puwede pa ring mag-sign in.

Ang serbisyo

Itinutugma ng Kasabay Ride Share ang pasahero at ang driver na papunta na sa iisang direksyon, sa loob ng 10 km corridor. Hindi ito pangako na may matatanggap na biyahe, o na ikaw ang pinakamalapit na driver. Ikaw at ang kabilang panig ang nag-aasikaso ng aktwal na biyahe.

Pasahero

Ilagay ang totoong sundo at hatid, at ang sasakyang talagang kailangan. Huwag mag-request kung hindi ka sasakay. Puwede kang i-report, at puwedeng masuspinde ang account.

Driver

• Bago malikha ang driver account, isumite ang government-issued ID, driver’s license, at rehistro ng sasakyan.
• Admin ang mag-aapruba o tatanggi. Hanggang ma-approve, wala pang driver account.
• Ang plaka, klase, upuan, at displacement ay dapat totoo at swak sa sasakyang ginagamit.
• Habang online, ipinapadala ang lokasyon para sa match at para sa biyahe.

Asal

Bawal ang pekeng dokumento, pekeng booking, panliligalig, at paggamit ng account ng iba. Ang chat ay para lang sa trip na accepted o in progress. Puwede kaming magsuspinde o tumanggi ng access kapag nilabag ito.

Pagbabago

Puwede naming baguhin ang mga tuntunin. Ang petsa sa pahinang ito ang magbabago. Ang patuloy na paggamit pagkatapos ng pagbabago ay pagtanggap sa bagong teksto.

Acceptance

Creating an account or using the passenger or driver app means you accept these terms and the privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not use Kasabay Ride Share.

Who may use it

You must be 18 or older. An invitation code is required. New accounts use Facebook Login. An older email-and-password account can still sign in.

The service

Kasabay Ride Share matches a passenger with a driver who is already heading the same way, inside a 10 km corridor. It does not promise that a ride will be found, or that you are the nearest driver. You and the other person handle the actual trip.

Passengers

Enter a real pickup and drop-off, and the vehicle you actually need. Do not request a ride you will not take. You can be reported, and the account can be suspended.

Drivers

• Before a driver account is created, submit a government-issued ID, a driver’s license, and the vehicle registration.
• An admin approves or rejects those documents. Until approval, there is no driver account.
• Plate, class, seats, and displacement must be true and must match the vehicle you use.
• While you are online, your location is sent for matching and for the trip.

Conduct

False documents, fake bookings, harassment, and using someone else’s account are not allowed. Chat is only for a trip that is accepted or in progress. We may suspend access or refuse it when these terms are broken.

Changes

We may change these terms. The date on this page changes with them. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated text.
